In November 2009, Evan released his long-awaited follow-up CD, Above The Sky, a 12-track collection that expands on the mission of his debut to equip the church with songs to sing loudly to the Savior. Songs like "Now Unto The One," "King Forever," and especially "Our Deliverer" all accomplish this goal in fresh and vital ways.

He and his wife, Sandy, reside in the town of Vista, amidst the sun-drenched hills adjacent to the surf community of Oceanside in North San Diego county, Calif. Evan and Sandy lead worship with the kind of closely intertwined vocal harmony that can only come through years of experience together with Evan fronting the band from guitar and keyboards.
