Jimmy's setup is very simple.  He will need:

- Vocal mic on a boom stand

- Direct Input Box

- Power at front of stage within reach for his pedals

- Floor monitor with Jimmy's vocals and guitar mixed

Generally speaking, as long as the supplied PA has good all over freq range and headroom, it will be perfect!
