THE KRY
|
Pioneering Southern California modern rock band THE KRY is a phenomenally successful group with seven diverse albums to date and tours that have taken them from the West Coast to Russia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, England, Austria, France and countless other places around the world.
Born in Quebec City, Canada, brothers Jean-Luc and Yves Lajoie (lead vocals/guitar and drums/backing vocals, respectively) moved to the US and co-founded The Kry, later helping lead a renaissance of the Christian music scene in Southern California as the group's 1994 debut album, You proved to be a massive hit, spinning off five hit singles and launching The Kry into a worldwide phenomenon.
They are mainstays on Christian radio with more than fifteen hit singles since 1993 (with "I Know Everything About You," "Everywhere," "You're All I Need," "I'll Find You There," "Blind Man (Show Me The Way)," "I Believe It," and "Paradise," all smash hits), yet the motivation behind their music is the hope that they might have an impact on the world around them.
