With a sound familiar to both atmospheric pop and alt-rock fans, LOVELITE blends electric and acoustic guitars, piano, and soaring vocal harmonies with a Euro/indie flair. Andrew Polfer (guitar/vocal), Jen Polfer (guitar/vocal/synth), Austin Tirado (guitar/keys), Matt Castle (bass), and Nathan Slawson (drums) together craft songs that combine indelible and irresistibly catchy melodies with an experimental edge.

Led by Andrew and Jen Polfer, who are married, Lovelite declares that "our purpose is to inspire praise in the hearts of God’s people and desire in the hearts of the lost." "Worship is eternal, even in the musical sense," explains Andrew, "and we want to spread that truth from city to city, offering the lost as well as the church a chance to join in the song of the saved. The band's debut self-titled CD offers a glimpse of the band's immersive live sound, from the unforgettable melodicism of "King of Love" and "Finally Free" to the ethereal atmosphere of "Found In You" and driving syncopations of "Always (Already Won)."
