Nathan's setup is very simple.  NT brings:
Own microphone (Neuman KMS 105)
A preamp for his mic and guitar (Pendulum Stereo preamp)

Monitors
I run my own in ear wireless monitor out of my preamp. No need for a monitor send from FOH.

Power
110v power required for guitar pedals and preamp

Generally speaking, as long as the supplied PA has good all over freq range and head room, it will be perfect!
