This Technical Rider is part of the contractual agreement between Priesthood (Artist) and Promoter. Please provide the following equipment, as it is needed for the Artist to perform the job agreed upon in the contract. If all the requirements are not met, the Artist will not be held liable for terms of contract and Promoter will be required to pay the balance in full.

1. Sound System is required to contain a minimum of (2) Main Speakers which are able to handle a  
minimum of 200 watts of output power per speaker.

2. A Main Amp of (200 watts minimum) with 2 channels to power the Main Speakers.

3. (2) Monitors Speakers that have the ability to be powered separately from Main Speakers.

4. A Lineout/Snake Cable (stage left) with (2) available input channels.

5. Power Outlets in close proximity to the Audio Snake.

6. (3) Pro-Audio vocal microphones (wired or wireless).

7. A completely functional Audio Mixing Board capable of controlling the audio volume for the Main
    Speakers simultaneously with the Monitors  (Pre-Fade Capabilities).

8. The Main Mixing Console is required to contain Audio Channels which have working equalizers and 
    Gain Controls.

9. Knowledgeable In-House Soundman/Engineer is required at Main Mixing Console (during allotted 
    performance time) to insure proper music and vocal balance, over-all house balance and (if any) 
    unforeseen technical difficulties that may arise that can be resolved expeditiously.

10. Main Mixing Console is to be located and operated in front and center of stage (minimum 25 ft.) with Snake Cable.
